I feels like I’ve been playing with the 70-75 total loss F O R E V E R!
I’ve been playing with it since mid MARCH! It has been forever!
However, the last two weeks, I really feel like I have been on a good down swing. My food cravings and food choices have changed for the better. I have been making much better choices in food and food portions.
I think what kind of happened is that I got so excited about my huge kitchen that, even though I make healthy foods, I have been making food…lots of it.
The last few weeks I have been making lots of food, but more appropriate for the WEEK rather than the DAY…does that make sense?
I am now making good preparations for the entire week. Refried beans, bread, chips, crackers, and other things that will take us through the week of meals.
I also have had less food cravings. I’m not snacking as much. I don’t know if that’s because it has been warmer lately or if I have just made some unconscious changes that have stopped the snacking cravings.
I have noticed that some of my daily patterns have changed, but then again my work schedule has changed a bit. I wake up earlier because I have to go to work earlier and, because of that, I am going to bed earlier…who has time for a late night snack then?
Either way, I am definitely feeling a good HEALTHY change and I feel like I’m an a great down swing and hope that it will continue.
I am loving that I am coming closer to my 75 pound mark. That’s HUGE!
